Origin: M. thymifolia
Description: Small compact shrub 0.5 metres with blue/green foliage and deep mauve flowers mainly in spring/summer.
Cultivation: Hardy shrub adapts to most soils and conditions. It grows best in a sunny moist position but will tolerate periods of dryness and frost. Ideal rockery plant.
