Origin: Cultivar (G. speciosa and G. shiressii)?
Description: Small/Medium spreading shrub up to 2 metres high, 2 metres wide, with dark green oval leaves and burgandy spider flowers in spring.
Cultivation: Rapid growing and hardy in a moist well drained soil in full sun. Tolerates frost and copes with extended dry periods.
